Star Control has PC as the lead platform, Amiga is a port.
ReplyDeleteThere is a long interview by Ars Technica that, among other things, explicitly mentions Amiga version being a port that they were asked to do. And the capabilities of Amiga inspired the devs to use digitized music tracks using the Amiga MOD format later for Star Control II on PC.
